This workshop will explain and explore the history and application of silverpoint over the centuries, laying bare all aspects of a contemporary silverpoint practice.
In this workshop you will learn about the structure of the head and neck, how to translate light and shade into color, and various approaches to neutralizing colors using either a controlled or open palette.
This course examines the language and techniques of watercolor painting from Landscape. Students will paint using a variety of strategies derived from current and historical practice.
