If you are just starting out, returning to art, due to circumstances in life, like me, or have been making marks for years, this course has tons for everyone! Her teaching abilities are spectacular! Talent galore in many ways! For the price of one “quick” trip to the art supply store, you have this amazing master working with you. Thank you to all who make this possible!

I have been struggling to find good online instruction for portrait painting. Manu's teaching style is patient and detailed - the instruction is exactly what I was hoping for. I found her expertise in color mixing and values especially helpful. She is a fantastic artist and I'm grateful that she chooses to share her techniques.

Excellent detailed presentation by the instructor Manu. She consistently gave the decision reasoning as well as the materials used for each segment. I would have preferred a Caucasian model for the mouth but that was a minor concern. Five stars.

Brilliant

I found this course immeasurably helpful mainly with the focus on tonal range, setting out the palette and mixing great skin colours. This is something I have struggled with and tend to be totally disorganised with. Thank you so much.
