Class Description:

Practice figure drawing from the comfort of your own home!

Develop observational drawing skills and study the human form by utilizing the live model over zoom. Each lesson is geared toward decoding the pose by unlocking the life drawing techniques of the old masters and understanding the structure of the body in three dimensions. In a time when artists must grapple with the constraints of the photograph as reference, understanding the human form in a way that transcends the photograph is especially useful. No matter what kind of artist you are, you can be sure to approach each composition with a newfound sense of freedom.
